I had a wonderful time at Cottons Hotel yesterday, at my very first wedding fayre (it is Fair or Fayre I never know). Myself and my amazing husband “M” packed everything up in a brilliant little wagon I got off Amazon (where else) and we arrived at Cottons Hotel near Knutsford at around 10 o’clock.
We recieved such a warm welcome from the organisers (Wedding Venues in England) and we spent the next 30 minutes setting up. Then bang on 11:00 🕚 people started to arrive.
I added candles, my Academy of Modern Celebrancy Certificate and a few other bits and bobs, including the presentation above. But what I found is that most people just wanted a chat and were interested in symbolic elements of a wedding. All fascinating.
I had the great please to be next two a couple of wonderful wedding exhibitors… so if you are looking for a pianist, I can recommend Isabella Piansist… who played throughout the event and whose music I can honestly say was beautiful!
But I had a brilliant day and I am really looking forward to my next event at Mere Court Hotel – are you coming along?
